Reading Eat Mangoes Naked felt like spending time with my most creative friend and having it rub off on me. Whenever I read SARK, I get in touch with my own creative possibilities. She helps me honor and support the part of me that lack confidence or feels scared, while using playfulness, humor and other creative tools to break through the blocks. Eat Mangoes Naked is full of playfulness, fun, inspiration--classic SARK. And I love her artwork and style. She makes it all feel easy and fun.

This book is such a source of creativity and inspiration. It's also a great gift for creative friends!!

Sarks books are always uplifting, fun to read, and loaded with her sketches, and swirling text. I like to give these books to my girlfriends when they are going through difficult times. Be proud of yourself, who you are....release the serious adult for a while and delve into your wild side... play...be joyful. I loved the vivid colors on the cover, but was disappointed none had been used on the pages inside. I ended up taking colored markers and coloring some of the pages myself.

I absolutely love all things Sark lost a few books over the years moving so this was a replacement

Although the book will be fun to read, I was disappointed that it arrived with a crumpled corner. Good thing I was not planning to gift it. However, I would have preferred it be in new condition to be added to my library.

This book is delightful and whimsical. I read it at an AirBNB, and then purchased here for a friend.

What is not to love colourful, helpful, written in such a way its easy to pop back too reread wen needed, no nonsense fun book wonderful fresh approach

This review is not for the work of Sark which I like very much, but for the quality of the book I was sent. The Amazon Look Inside feature showed the first pages of this book in colour, and for Sark's work colour is an integral part of the experience. The copy I got was entirely in black, white and grey, bar for the front and back covers. The paper was of a very fine, poor quality. I have a copy of Succulent Wild Woman which is beautiful, in colour and great quality paper, so I was very disappointed by this version, which was intended as a gift. I have returned it to Amazon, but would strongly suggest to the publisher that Sark's work requires to be printed in colour, and that the representation in the Look Inside feature should be an accurate reflection of the actual contents, to avoid others having this kind of experience
