The SE100 – the first in the A&futura line – feels like premium Hi-Fi from the moment you hold it. The A&futura SE100 offers the ultimate sound quality with distortion-free bit-to-bit playback up to 32bit, 384kHz and native bit-to-bit DSD playback up to 11.2MHz. With an octa-core CPU, the SE100 has the ability to produce the exact musical detail found in the original , lag-free and without distortion. The SE100 is equipped with an enhanced voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO). Due to this, the reference jitter improves performance to 800 fento seconds, meaning music is faithfully reproduced precisely. The synchronisation of all instruments, vocals and ambient sound recorded on the original digital music file is precisely measured and accurately timed. Pure sound is the result of Astell&Kern’s technical achievement, which allows for powerful but clean sound, delivered gracefully by the SE100. With the latest know-how in amplifier design technologies, Astell&Kern has delivered 4.1Vrms of balanced output power with minimal noise. At 4.1Vrms of audio output, SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) is 123dB. For faster charging and quicker file transfer, the SE100 is supported by next generation USB Type-C. This enables file transfer speeds up to 10Gbps and USB 3.0 protocol transfers data twice as fast as other Astell&Kern players. Data transfer and charging is supported by the same cable; a fast charger (9V/1.67A) means a full charge takes only two hours and offers up to 11 hours of continuous playback (fast charger not included). MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) delivers the sound of the original master . Master MQA files are fully authenticated, whilst still small enough to stream or download.
