Love the quality of this brand. Easy to clean, well-made, and the perfect size for small cooking needs. Worth having a collection of these, and beats all the cheaper, no-name brands.

This is the perfect size for what I needed. Basically hot dogs, stuffing, etc. I bought it to replace an older aluminum pot that I ruined, but I found I really like this pot. It's easy to clean, the handle doesn't get hot while cooking in it. The lid handle gets hot but not too badly. The handle gets hot but I can pick it up even when boiling water, without using an oven mitt, if I'm quick. I just ordered a steel pan but I should have looked at quisinart brand pans first.

I use sauce pans to boil milk or make tea with milk besides other use. Every 3 or so months I have to replace sauce pans due to burning while boiling milk or reheating liquids. This Cuisinart sauce pan is the best I ever had! It is sturdy with heavy bottom. It hold temperature for awhile as well. I ordered a second pan since price was really a bargain for such good quality.

I was replacing a broken saucepan that I didn't know the capacity of so I measured it and bought this pan since it showed the same measurements. Don't be mislead, this pan is NOT 4.7 inches deep as shown. It's less than 3.25. the 4.7 is the height of the handle. Although it was not my main criteria, yes it does hold 1.5 quarts......if you fill it right up to the rim. The quality is very good and I'll keep it but it is not what is shown in the pictures.

Got it today used it right away. Love everything about it! Beautifully designed, easy to handle and clean. Cooked my veggies perfectly. The size was perfect. Own many Cuisinart products - so not surprised.

A 2-quart stainless steel saucepan without nonstick coating for recipes with a lot of lemon or tomato (stainless steel is nonreactive), or the times when you make something (7-minute frosting, for example) that has to be beaten with a mixer while it's in a pan over the heat. Comes with metal lid. I saw a more expensive version that comes with a glass lid while I was searching Amazon, so there is a choice out there. Measures marked inside for 2 to 6 cups. Hole in handle for hanging. I have put it to work in my kitchen, and this pan heats evenly. It will work on an induction cooktop according to markings on the base, but is not heavy and hard to handle as many pans with this feature are. Reasonably priced. If this is your first piece of nonstick stainless steel cookware, be aware that it requires different treatment than aluminum and/or nonstick pan during both cooking and cleaning.
