I am on my second pair of these and could not be happier. They are on a subscription and I get a new pair every 3-4 months. I struggle with a meniscus tear in my knee and am attempting to delay surgery. Having a fresh pair of these with fresh support every few months has made me able to do that thus far. I am really pleased with these. The pain relief is definite. Easy to just put in my shoes and take off from day one with no break in period. On the occasion that a pair is too “squeaky”, a little moleskin on the bottoms solves the problem. I have particularly jacked up feet and I both supponate and pronate. I have had podiatrist created expensive insoles and over the counter ones and these are definitely a great value for the price. They fit perfectly and are quite durable… no doubt more so for people with knees and feet in better shape than mine. No smell with these with age. Did I mention how cute they are with all the beautiful bright insoles?

WOW what a Game Changer! I am on my feet walking anywhere from 12 to 16 hours a day. Recently I started experiencing sharp pains with every step, on the bottom of my heel, especially after sitting down and standing up again. I was desperate for relief so I ordered these insoles and prayed it would help. I took them out of the package and noticed the stability right away. They are definitely not flimsy like you might see at the drug store so I’m assuming at this point I will get the foot support I am looking for. They were very spongy but at the same time also firm. I’m a heavy woman so usually when I wear insoles, after a few hours they are smashed and the support is gone. I wore these insoles all day at work pounding pavement without a thought of having heel pain. When I ended my shift I sat down thinking ok now is the true test. I stood up after resting for about 10 min and I cringed anticipating the stabbing pain but instead of pain I felt relief! Im absolutely shocked at how well these worked. The cushioned soles held up all day and even put a little pep in my step. I have to mention that I have high arches and these gave excellent arch support as well as providing a squishy but firm place to absorb the shock of my heels and COMPLETELY ELIMINATED my heel pain. I still have pain when I take them off and walk barefoot for a few min but once I put them back on, it’s INSTANT RELIEF! It’s unbelievable. They are very well made and I have to admit that I was not thrilled to pay 20 dollars for some insoles but the reviews looked good and I can say these are absolutely worth every single penny. I’m buying 2 more pairs just to have for other shoes because my feet are so happy now. I did have to loosen my laces as the thickness of the insole had my feet pretty snug but after loosening the laces everything felt so comfortable as the insole just hugged every inch of the bottom of my feet. Amazing product and I highly recommend trying these out.

Right out of the box they fit right in and feel great. I don't feel the need for any break in period. As far as utility goes I have high arches so going long in a run the outside crescents of my feet would be the first to be sore. Now it feels like I have TOTAL contact with the ground at all time. It's made my shoes super stable and I hope to see increases in speed and distance from using this. VERY happy with this. It feels like being much younger as a runner. Hopefully the lack of stress on my outside feet will go up through my legs and make running more comfortable and productive in all areas. But wow, these are AWESOME! EDIT: Had to take a star off because they do not fit the Adidas Evo SL at all! You might have to go a size and a half up for that to work. Major bummer. Superblast 2 it works fantastically. However if you have stability issues in the EVO SL try the EVO SL ATR.

I ordered the VALSOLE Heavy Duty Support Pain Relief Orthotics because I was dealing with persistent heel pain every time I walked. It had gotten to the point where even short distances were uncomfortable, and walking barefoot was out of the question. Positives: Sizing was accurate and easy to match to my shoes. They fit well without needing trimming or adjustment. Immediate pain reduction. From the first day of use, I noticed a significant decrease in heel pain while walking. Real improvement over time. After about a week of consistent use, the heel pain was essentially gone. Unexpected bonus: I can now walk barefoot with little to no pain, which I honestly didn’t expect. Very reasonable price for the level of support and relief they provide. These insoles provided real structural support rather than just cushioning, and that made a noticeable difference. They worked well enough that I’ll be ordering additional pairs for my other shoes so I don’t have to keep swapping them out. The only thing I can’t fully comment on yet is long-term durability, as I haven’t had them long enough to see how they hold up over time—but so far, they’re performing very well. I’m around 175 lbs and on my feet a lot throughout the day, and these insoles made an immediate difference. The arch support feels firm but not aggressive, and the heel cup really helps keep everything aligned. Within a few days, I noticed less fatigue in my feet and lower back. They don’t feel bulky, and they fit perfectly into both my sneakers and boots without needing to size up. What I like most is that they’re supportive without being uncomfortable — some insoles feel like you’re standing on a rock, but these feel structured and stable in a good way. If you deal with foot soreness, long workdays, workouts, or just want better support in your shoes, these are absolutely worth it. Solid quality and actually do what they claim.

Something most reviewers leave out when posting their personal experiences with shoes and insoles alike is the profile of their feet. No two people are built EXACTLY the same, and that context is very important when reviewing shoes and insoles. I am 5'9", 175lbs, have VERY high arches on EE width feet, and have suffered from high levels of soreness and general pain for decades having worked on my feet in some capacity or another for majority of that time. I have spent thousands upon thousands on different shoes, brands, and insoles looking for things that work for me, most of which have left me in crying levels of pain by the end of a shift, feet throbbing by the time I'm able to sit and peel my shoes off. When everyone says "you have to try (insert name here) brand of shoe or insole, they're the best!" that doesn't apply when you have feet like mine. Given that, I think these are excellent insoles. I personally wish the arches were a BIT higher, but again, I have very high ones myself, so if you sit in the general medium-high arch range these will likely suit you fine. Not sure if they'll work if you have flat feet as I obviously have no experience there. I am able to work 12 hours at a time, 20,000 steps a day on average, with limited pain using these. Unlike some other brands that sell themselves as all-day insoles for those with high arches and plantar fascia issues, these actually have some cushioning in the heel but are firm enough in the arch to offer support. Trying to find both is a very fine line, many insoles with cushioning fail at support and many with ample support are hard as a rock. My feet don't roll awkwardly in these, yet I also don't feel like I'm standing on a rock if I have to stay still. Every single brand has a different definition of "high arch" and many of them place the support in different areas which may or may not work for you with your individual feet. Again, context and foot profile matters. I like the product, as someone with the noted issues above that spends ample time on his feet in both standing and moving capacities. Definitely worth the money to me, much more so than many others. Your experience may vary. (EDIT: Six month update: began to have mild discomfort again. Figured inserts were getting a bit worn being consistently used so heavily. Tried to replace with another brand (Walkhero) and got my usual large levels of pain and discomfort within two hours. Swapped these old Valsoles back in and felt relief. Bought a new pair of Valsoles with the cork insert and am very happy with them. Love this brand and will not be straying again. Of note, this old pair is still in pretty good condition even being a bit worn out and will find a home in another pair of shoes that aren't my hard-use work boots. Six months of 10-12 hour shifts and 15-20k steps is a perfectly acceptable lifespan and I still couldn't be happier with the purchase given I will still be using them albeit in a more limited capacity.)

It is a very reliable foot support which can handle different activities. You can run on it, walk or do chores. On prolonged standing, the feet tends to sore over time, but not a big problem. Just try to walk around and the soreness will lessen. A reliable product.

I am a public school teacher and I'm on my feet all day. To say that these insoles have been absolutely transformative would be an understatement. My feet were hurting so much due to lack of arch support that I was in constant pain all day and developing calluses. On a wing and a prayer, I bought these insoles with the hopes that I would be able to Have a little bit less pain or help with calluses. almost instantly all my foot pain went away! It was as if I'd had a shot or something. These insoles have been the biggest blessing. Yes there were a bit expensive, but they were cheaper than brand new shoes and definitely cheaper than specially designed orthotics. I have zero foot pain and my callous disappeared. A couple of things I would also mention is that the colors are really cool, very visible and easy to identify in my shoes. Also, the fit was perfect for my size 13 shoes. I didn't have to trim them or anything. And you know how when you get the Other brands and you have to trim them, your toes are always hanging over the edge of the insole. Not here! These were perfectly cut for my shoes, very functional! When I walk, they give me perfect stability, because the arch is high and allows me to have a natural gait. Also they are perfectly firm, not too soft, but not too hard like some of the other insoles. I've tried so many over the years. They don't pinch or hurt the foot at any point. They're perfect! I am very thankful to the manufacturer and Amazon for the quick delivery. The combination of the company and Amazon has given me back enjoyment of my daily teaching job and my evening walks.
