In the event of any cl under this guarantee, the obligations of KoverTek shall be limited solely to the supply of replacement materials originally supplied under the guarantee or the nearest available substitute at the time of any cl. •The guarantee will only apply to UK and Ireland •The guarantee shall not apply where the damage or deterioration complained of is not attributable solely to any defect in the products as supplied. •The guarantee shall not apply where any damage or deterioration is due to accident, adverse weather, wilful damage, building defect, fire, abnormal atmospheric , subsidence, war or act of war, civil commotion or act of God, insufficient maintenance, unauthorised repair, incorrect handling, incorrect storage or installation, or incorrect use for any purpose not recommended by KoverTek. •KoverTek shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special loss or damage of any kind whatsoever including, but not limited to, damage caused by leaks. •The materials guarantee will only cover the costs of the TekCryl used, and must follow the correct coating recommendations •The guarantee shall not apply unless payment has been made in full to the distributor/customer for the supply of TekCryl, the benefits conferred by the guarantee shall not affect the Installer’s statutory rights. •Any cl must be made in writing within one month of the fault arising including valid batch numbers of the materials used and proof of purchase and application date. KoverTek must be given the rtunity to test retained samples for compliance to the Technical Data Sheets and inspect the fault in question.Any replacement materials supplied will be covered under the guarantee.
