What country it was made?

Thanks for the question. Our wallets are designed at our head office in Australia and manufactured by a family-operated factory in India. let us know if you have any questions.

How to check the product received is original as the pack wasn’t sealed and no any warranty documents etc available ?

Hey Amit! All products purchased from our official store are authentic. Also, the warranty coverage is activated upon purchase so we no longer include any warranty documents. I see that you are already in touch with our support team and they have assisted you with the same concern so feel free to get back in touch if you need further assistance.

Is this the Hi model or the Lo model?

Thanks for the question! The Note Sleeve only comes in one size. It can fit bills up to 95mm tall and 160mm long. Hope this helps!

Why does this cost 4 times as much as it costs when we buy directly from Belroy ?

Its costs the same as buying directly for Bellroy, or maybe a little more with international shipping. There are some sellers that have added their markup. Make sure you avoid these guys.
