Great Solution for Shaky Hands and Poor Eyesight
I am a ‘Do it yourselfer’ for my own manicure and I have three different reasons. First, it saves me the expense, and secondly, I do not have to drive any place and hunt for a parking spot. My third reason is I can do my own manicure at my own convenience any time in the evening and at the end of the day, instead of the hassle of scheduling an appointment according to the manicurist’s available timetable. However, there is a small compromise for this convenience. I am right-handed, therefore when I use my right hand to paint the nails on my left hand, my nail polish comes out okay, but when I work left-handed to paint my nails on my right hand, I receive terrible results. My left-handed attempts are poor, my hand starts to shake, and the polish gets all over my fingers on my right hand. In addition, since I am far-sighted any close-up work becomes a blur. Therefore, I spend too much time trying to correct all my mistakes with nail polish remover, and mess up the polish on the sides of my fingernails and my cuticles. Additionally, sometimes I’m too aggressive and when I try to dig off the extra polish from my skin, the skin around my fingers starts to bleed. This latex liquid tape just takes a few seconds to apply around each fingernail and it saves sooo much clean-up time. Furthermore, it saves me from the pain of digging out the polish from my skin around my nails. Before I start my manicure, I brush the pink latex all around my fingernail, let it dry for a minute or two, and then continue with my normal manicure. After the last top coat is dry, I use tweezers to grab one end of the latex tape, and it peels off in one long elasticized strip. As it peels off, it removes all the excess polish from around each fingernail, leaving an almost perfect and flawless result. For me, the Pureen latex peel off liquid tape is a mistake-proof solution, within a few seconds this liquid tape removes all the excess polish from the around my nails and the cuticles. It eliminates all the mistakes that I’ve made due to my shaking left hand, and my less than perfect eyesight.

Makes cleanup so much easier!
I really love using this liquid latex! It is easy to apply, dries quickly, and peels perfectly. I use it to protect my cuticles from stamping and sponging, and I also use it on the nail (over dry polish) with striping tape to mask off certain areas. It works best if you peel while the polish is still wet. It definitely smells bad, but so does basically everything associated with doing nails. I don't think it is significantly more offensive than acetone or polish; I only really notice the smell if I get the open bottle too close to my face. It will stick to itself, even when dry, so either work one finger at a time or be careful not to touch your fingers together.

and is *mostly* easy to use and fool-proof
Ordered this for my wife. This is her review: Product does what it's supposed to, and is *mostly* easy to use and fool-proof. Caveats are 1. One hand at a time. Don't let your fingers come CLOSE to each other when they've got this on the skin because once it touches, both fingers will pull off whether you want them to or not! 2. Takes practice to do it on your dominant hand without getting on the nail. Don't give up. 3. DO NOT, under any circumstances, allow the polish you put on your nails after applying this around the cuticles to dry before pulling up this product! IT WILL NOT REMOVE THE POLISH, and you will be left with a "fringe" edge of polish. I didn't think about that, and in an attempt to save product, thought I'd wait until after I applied the second coat of polish to take this product off (so as not to "waste" by applying this for each layer - I was attempting a geometric nail art pattern using 3 colors in 3 steps). After polish has been successfully applied, remove this product (and the errant polish on it) IMMEDIATELY - especially if it's glitter!! Reapply if necessary for subsequent nail art designs. Just trust me on this one. 4. It smells. Not *horrible* (like I've read in reviews for less-expensive products like this), but enough to be noticeable. Upon removal of the product, the smell does not linger long (wash your hands when your nails are dry and the smell disappears entirely). Don't let it deter you from using this product. All in all, it takes some practice and there's a learning curve, but it's well worth the price - especially if you enjoy doing nail art that can get messy (splatters, water marbling, sponging, etc.)

Far, far better than expected
At times when I can't get to the salon (like during this covid-19 shelter-in-place order!), I sometimes try to paint my nails. It always looks like my manicurist is a far-sighted gorilla! Tragic. More polish is on my skin than my nails - on both hands. Tsk, tsk. I bought this because of a review in BuzzFeed, which I don't really take seriously but I thought, "Nothing can be worse than how I do it." SERIOUSLY low expectations. I got it today and once I figured out how to use it, I now believe it is a miraculous product! The tricks I've learned (on my 10 practice sessions...one for each finger) is to put it on kind of thickly and then wait for it to dry. A few minutes at least. The skin surrounding your finger should be kind of magenta-ish and not gooey anymore. Also, don't try to cover up your cuticle, but do get it super close to the gutters on either side of your nail. Go all the way around, maybe twice. If it gets on the nail where you want polish, wipe it off. It peels off super easily, it comes off in one long strip for me, so that's nicer than I thought. I wouldn't say I've achieved salon-level perfection, but I suspect that next time I do my nails at home, I will be even better at using this stuff. It's really terrific!

Love it! Wish I had known this stuff existed long ago. Could have saved me such a hassle over the years. Works great, easy to use. My only concern is that it dries really quickly so do I have to worry that the whole bottle may dry out over time? I'm worried that once I get to half a bottle it may be turning to a solid. Time will tell I guess. So far so good. Will update if I have issues.

I can finally have a neat nail polish because I am not a professional nail manicurist but I want to have neat nails. This helps me have a neat painted nails. Its easy to peel off. 4 stars because there are some chunks inside and not fully liquid.

I've tried a few latex peels, most off Amazon, as well as Holo Taco's protective peel. I am actually pretty happy with Pueen's latex peel and would buy it again. In the bottle it is thin, but applies plenty enough for it to work and one dip goes a long way. It goes on light pink and dries a dark translucent pink. I've not used this stuff extensively yet so I may return to amend my review, but as it stands I find this one to be the best latex peel I've personally used.

I received a defected one. The brush is stuck inside the bottle because a big chunk dried up and froze the brush in. There is still some liquid in the bottle but 90% of it is dried. Will be returning
